Help your muscles recover! Protein and Carbs especially from fruit do wonders for your body following a workout.
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
Mix in 1/4 cup blueberries or blend all the ingredients together.
