My friend recommended me this place to work on my flexibility. I’ve been working out for a while now at gyms doing the regular stuff; bench, squats, curls, so I came here mainly to improve my flexibility.
I have poor hip flexibility and some pelvic tilt, and the sessions have helped me loosen up so much. I used to get lower back pain from sitting too long, but the stretching guidance gave me a 180 in my quality of life.
Highly recommended even if you’ve already been working out for a while.
