I was looking for a trainer to help me get back the motivation I used to have for training and running. I had gained about 10lbs since starting my career because of a lack of healthy meal prep and poor snack choices. I knew it was time for a change! My goals were to lean out my tummy and arms and just look and feel fit! I’ve been training with Claudia for over 3 months now and I really love the push I get from the one – on – one sessions, I train with her 3x a week- I don’t know if I would be able to challenge myself as hard on my own! I follow meal guidelines that Claudia suggested with a high protein and carb intake and have got into the habit of eating meals more frequently, which was a challenge for me before. I’ve been prepping my meals, bringing them to work and doing cardio on my own aside from the weight training. I’ve lost 10lbs and look fit, not just skinny – my body looks tight and toned and I’ve dropped 8% body fat!
