I started with Andy after looking for a performance trainer to help me improve in my duathlon races  (running/cycling/running).

I not only achieved my goal to be physically stronger and faster but I exceeded my expectations! I was put on a food plan that was both manageable and flexible for my demanding training schedule.  When needed he would review and tweak to ensure all my needs were meet.

Andy’s fitness knowledge, educational background in kinesiology and the human body made for a very capable and passionate individual in the fitness industry.

He communicated outside the gym to see how I was feeling.  His support and encouragement went far beyond expectations. He touched base before and after races with encouragement and reassurance.  You don’t get that from most trainers! Andy has a very laid back approach (he’s a funny guy but don’t tell him that), don’t let that deceive you as he can and will push you to new heights you never imagined possible.

He can and will help you with whatever your fitness needs or goals are….small or large, he’s your man!  I highly recommend Andy Ho and Lux Fitness Studio.
