Since meeting Claudia and seeing the progress she’s made and hearing about the progress of her other clients after they’ve made changes to their lifestyle and kept consistent with a workout routine, I knew that was what I needed to get motivated to set a goal for myself.
And that’s exactly what I did, set a long-term goal and made a commitment to stay consistent towards reaching that goal. Starting the journey was challenging especially with my long work hours, but it didn’t take me long until I started to see results and became addicted.
The feeling and pump I get after a workout is amazing, I’m currently following a 4-day workout split routine, and really enjoying it, I’m eager to see more progress and changes in my physique. My diet was also a challenge, Claudia helped me to choose foods that would benefit my goals and also fit my lifestyle (and taste buds) lol
