Double Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tbsp spelnda
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk (unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 drop of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 15g dark chocolate chips
Blend all the ingredients together
Microwave for 35 seconds and top it off with sugar free chocolate syrup or light whipped cream
