Miso Soup with Cod and Soba
The easiest and quickest soup you could make!
Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Cod Fillet
- Approx. 45g Dry Soba (buckwheat noodles)
- 1-2 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 1.5 cups Water
- 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Clove Grated Garlic or 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Veggies like Mushrooms and Spinach
Instructions:
Bring all the ingredients to a boil until cod is cooked and noodles are tender. We recommend adding a tsp of mirin (Japanese rice wine which adds a little sweetness) and a sprinkle of hondashi bonito soup stock for extra umami.
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions, enjoy!
