Cobb Salad with Olive Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 8 olives
  • 5oz chicken breast
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup chopped grape tomatoes 
  • 2 slices cooked bacon chopped up
  • 1/2 avocado diced

Dressing: Mix together 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp honey mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion flakes and salt to taste
