Banana Raisin Bread
Ingredients:
- 4 bananas
- 4 tablespoons coconut flour
- 6 whole eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together, then add raisins. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Optional: Coat with shredded coconut flakes.
