Apple Cinnamon Oats
Ingredients:
- 1 cup steel cup oats
- 1 cup milk (we like using unsweetened cashew milk)
- 1 cup water (or use 2 cups milk)
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp splenda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 diced apples
Cook for 8 hours on low in a slow cooker overnight, and you’ll wake up to the smell of an apple pie in the morning!
Makes 4 serving
Toppings: pecans, raisins and maple syrup.
