Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and Studio Owner
Since 2008, I’ve helped my clients feel more empowered by helping them break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back from reaching their goals. I’ve had a passion and love for fitness and health since the day I walked into my first muscle and conditioning class, I knew I was hooked. Now I help others see their own potential and help them develop better habits in reaching their goals faster and more efficiently. I have an extensive fitness background working with a variety of clients helping them achieve different goals and needs, including developing programs requiring:
- Weight Loss
- Building Muscle
- Sports Specific Training
- Preparation for Marathons
- Fitness Competitions
I have a competitive edge in bodybuilding and have competed in various fitness events including Fitness Star, Ultimate Fitness Events, and Ontario Physique Alliance. My favorite run was the 10K Sporting Life Race for Camp Ooch. My favorite workshop was a conditioning class led by Jillian Michael. One of my favorite experiences was being on the Marilyn Denis Show as a fitness model showcasing the newest trends for weightlifting gear. I currently specialize in creating weight loss programs for clients in studio and online, in-studio small group training, as well as corporate wellness.

Andy Ho
Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and Kinesiologist
- Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College
- Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph
- Over 10 years of personal training experience working at Iron Body Conditioning, Red Fitness and Fitness Institute.
I have over 4 years of clinical rehabilitative experience working at Mississauga Wellness and Physiomed Fitness as a Kinesiologist and as a Wellness Coordinator.
I have a comprehensive exercise and health background that focuses on optimizing clients’ health, performance, body composition and weight loss.
I’m extremely passionate about the Fitness and Health industry; and have competed in numerous fitness events such as:
- Warrior Dash
- Fitness Star
- IDFA lightweight bodybuilding
- OPA physique
I currently specialize in working with clients that require post-rehabilitation, bodybuilding programs, creating programs for fitness competitions and healthy weight loss strategies.

24 sessions $85/hour
36 sessions $80/hour
In-Home Training
$110/hour
