Orange Chicken Marinade

1 lb chicken breast
1 tsp orange zest
1 cup orange juice (or use a can of mandarin oranges with the juice)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste 

Lemon Chicken Marinade

1 lb chicken breast
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh or dried parsely
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 

Greek Yogurt Dip

2 cups plain fat free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh or dried dill
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Low Fat Peanut Dip

One of our favorites! Makes about 4-5 servings to coat plain cooked chicken breast or serve as a dip.

4 tbsp powdered peanut butter
1 tbsp stevia 
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tsp rice vinegar
1-3 tsp sriracha (depending on how spicy you want it)
