These are my MOST favorite tips for reducing belly bloat, water retention and tummy tightening.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Lemon Juice – Our stomach needs to be acidic to help break down the food we eat. Both ACV and lemon juice helps to increase stomach acid to stimulate and enhance digestion and absorption of nutrients.

 Eating Breakfast – Having oats and eggs for breakfast in the morning is my go to for fuel, it’s the perfect blend of protein, carbs and fiber which will keep you fuller longer and you’ll avoid over eating later on in the day preventing you from feeling too full and bloated.

Having protein for breakfast – stabilizes blood sugar levels and will increase your satiety which will stop you from snacking on the wrong foods before lunch; because as soon as your blood sugar levels drop and if they drop too quickly, you end craving more sugar!
