What first started out as 16 week prep for a team photoshoot 8 months after having my second child has now turned into an addiction for the burn. I have been training with Andy for a little over a year now and I can confidently say that I am in the best shape of my life. Who else can run a half marathon with 2 bad knees and no training? There’s just something about the way that he trains you that primes your body (strength, endurance and cardio) for almost any physical challenge that you want to throw at it
Thank you for your patience and faith in me. I still have a very long way to go but I know that I am in good hands.
