Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 520g whole wheat flour
  • 8 grams instant yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup splenda

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together until you have sticky dough. Transfer the dough to a bread shaped pan, cover it with a small towel or clean dish cloth and let it sit for about 30 minutes to let it rise. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 390 degrees.  Makes 12-14 servings.
