WHAT TO EXPECT

We’ll ask you questions to better understand your current fitness level and assess your nutritional habits.

We’ll guide you through a fitness assessment and put you through a sample 20 min workout routine.

From there if you decide to join us, we’ll set you up with a workout program and meal plan based on your goals, current fitness level and duration of sessions.

  • Accountability of getting the workouts done efficiently in an hour along with intensity of the exercises.
  • Weekly check ins to ensure goals are being met
  • Being able to maintain proper form and provide corrective exercise techniques to ensure injuries are avoided and exercises are modified to suit the clients abilities.

Cost per workout:
30 min $35
60 min $70

Each session includes:
Warm up
Resistance training
Cardio or HIIT (depending on goals)
Cool down
Flexibility portion
