Personal Training Trial

4 Sessions for $69

INCLUDES:

  • Fitness Consultation and Fitness Assessment:    Weigh-in, body fat % and diet analysis as well as a fitness test where strength, core and flexibility will be tested.
  • Three 60-Minute Personal Training Sessions.
