Ingredients:

1/4 cup chocolate protein powder

4 egg whites

1/4 cup mashed banana

1/4 cup quick oats

1 tbsp coconut flour

2 packets of stevia

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 cup pitted tart cherries

Blend: protein powder, egg whites, banana, oats, coconut flour, stevia, baking powder and cocoa powder together, then mix cherries. Pour into 4 silicone muffin cups for mini muffins
Preheat oven to 325 and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean!
